Alberta Health Services (AHS) may cover the cost of three physiotherapy sessions.  If surgery, casting or a fracture was experienced, then AHS will most likely cover seven sessions.  Seven appointments will also be covered by AHS if you are considered to be of low income status.  Please call us to clarify before making any appointments to avoid confusion.

Benefit Plans

We are pleased to accept cash, cheques, Debit, Visa, or MasterCard. We are able to provide Direct Billing for ASEBP (Alberta School Employee Benefit Plan) card holders and Telus employees.

While we do not require a doctor’s referral for treatment, some benefit providers may ask you to obtain one before reimbursing treatment costs.

We are happy to provide receipts and all relevant information to submit to your benefits provider.

Motor Vehicle Accident Insurance
If your injury is the result of a motor vehicle accident, we can assist you in the completion of the necessary forms and direct-bill the insurance company at no cost to you. Please schedule your first appointment within ten days of the accident, and bring your insurer’s contact name, phone number and fax number.

Assessment:

• $95.00
• $70.00 for seniors (65 years +)

Follow-up Visits:

• $70.00 per visit
• $60.00 per seniors visit (65 years +)

Massage Therapy

• $40.00 for 30 minutes
• $75.00 for 60 minutes
• $115.00 for 90 minutes

CranioSacral Therapy

• $75.00 for 30 minutes
• $115.00 for 60 minutes

Massage Cupping

• $75.00 for 30 minutes
